Dear Parishioners of OLOP:
We are almost 1 month away from our annual festival which is on September 8 and 9. There are many preparations to do within the next month. Attached to this email are dates for preparing food items. I am also attaching a Festival sign-up sheet so that you may offer some time to help on the days of the festival.
In order for this major fundraiser to be a successful event, everyone’s help is needed and appreciated. Please notify me as to what you can do to help us. I thank you all in advance and we look forward to a very successful event.
