Festival Help – Friday 9/17/21

Dear Parishioners of OLOP:

We are getting ready for tomorrow’s festival and everything is falling into place beautifully. Today, Friday, September 17, we will be working all throughout the day and evening setting up, preparing food, and getting ready to welcome everyone. I welcome and ask that anyone who can give their time today and tonight to please join us at the Lebanese Center and parking lot to prepare all that needs to be done for a smooth opening tomorrow at noon. I thank all of you for your help and support. Please join us in making OLOP proud and successful for this event.

God bless all of you and God bless OLOP!

In Christ,
Fr. Vincent

Passing of Elie Sarkis

Dear Parishioners of OLOP:

I received the sad news that Elie Sarkis passed away in Lebanon this past week. Elie is the father of Charbel (Elise) Sarkis. Our condolences go out to Charbel, Elise, Ray, and Michael, and to the entire family in Lebanon. Divine Liturgy will be offered this Sunday, September 12, at 10:30 AM, for his soul. May Almighty God welcome Elie into His kingdom and may his soul rest in peace. Allah yerhammo.

In Christ,
Fr. Vincent
