It is my sad duty to inform you that Daniel Tavares passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025. Our condolences go out to his wife Helena Tavares, his son Eric, and his daughter Lenora Dalgado and her family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 5-7 PM,at Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745. The funeral liturgy will be held on Friday, September 19, at Our Lady of Purgatory Church, at 10:00 AM. We ask Almighty God to welcome His faithful servant Daniel into His kingdom and may his soul rest in peace. Allah yerhammo.
